Match tempo
Humminbird can detect BPM from imported audio and match the metronome. You can also type the exact BPM you want.
Arrange
Move clips, label tracks, trim start/end handles, loop tracks, keep recordings on their own lanes, and see the real song duration.
Publish
Attach artwork or video, choose genre/original-work settings, credit collaborators, and publish a 30-second Discover preview.
What Studio includes.
Recording and overdub
Record vocals or instruments while the arrangement plays in headphones. New takes become their own tracks so the beat is not captured twice.
Waveform editing
Detailed waveform bars make trim, move, start/end handles, clip gain, speed, loop, and playback state easier to understand.
Tracks and mixer
Each track has labels, loop, mixer, volume, pan, mute, solo, transpose where appropriate, and options for duplicate/share/delete.
MIDI and drums
Choose instruments, search presets, change octaves, record MIDI, edit notes, open drum pads, and add more notes to existing regions.
DJ Mode
Practice transitions, cue sounds, loop sections, and blend ideas for performance-style creation.
Pro tools
Mixer, automation lanes, plugins, high-quality stretching, nondestructive comping, chord tools, audio logger concepts, and beta features.
Video + audio publishing
Select video or photo media, choose or mute video audio, add a Humminbird sound, edit timing, preview the finished post, then publish.
Collaboration
Invite Humminbird users, attach credits, share sessions, list contributors, and keep collaborator history tied to the project.
Storage and recovery
Local sessions stay fast on-device while signed-in accounts can sync/recover projects as cloud storage grows.
Why Studio stays in the app
Audio creation needs native permissions.
Mobile recording, local file access, microphone input, metronome timing, MIDI, video import, playback routing, and exports are better handled by the app. The website supports listening, commenting, liking, saving, following, profiles, account access, help, policies, and links back into Humminbird.
