Humminbird Privacy Policy
Effective June 18, 2026
Humminbird Music is owned and operated by Plethora Productions. It provides tools for recording, editing, collaborating on, publishing, and discovering music and related media.
Information we collect
We collect account and profile information; creator content and project metadata; app activity, diagnostics, and security information; and App Store product and entitlement status. Microphone, camera, photo-library, and file access are used only for features you choose.
How we use information
We use information to operate and sync the service, process media, support collaboration and sharing, recover accounts, manage subscriptions, moderate content, resolve copyright claims, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
For Artist Pass, Humminbird Exchange, Humminbird Live, and other paid marketplace features, we may process checkout status, deposit and balance records, refund records, dispute records, payout status, tax and compliance signals, fraud-prevention signals, entitlement records, booking details, approximate location, event timing, cancellation status, and completion confirmations so artists can be paid and buyers, fans, or hosts receive what they purchased.
Sharing and providers
Public content and profiles may be visible and shareable. Apple and Firebase/Google provide infrastructure including authentication, storage, databases, notifications, analytics, crash reporting, and purchases. Humminbird does not sell personal information.
Creator content
You retain ownership of your content and provide the permissions needed to host, process, display, transmit, and moderate it. Rights declarations, fingerprints, and reports may be retained for disputes and repeat-infringement prevention.
Website and database access
The website may read public artist profiles and public sound metadata from the same Humminbird database used by the app. Uploading, Studio creation, private sessions, and publishing remain app-only and require authentication.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
You can delete projects and Studio sessions in the app. You can request deletion of your Humminbird account and associated account data from Profile settings in the app or from the public account deletion request page. If you cannot access your account, email privacy@humminbirdmusic.com from the email on your account and include your username and artist name. Some safety, legal, copyright-dispute, subscription, security, and backup records may be retained as legally permitted.
Children and changes
Humminbird is not directed to children under 13. Users must meet applicable local and Apple age requirements. Material policy updates will be posted here and may also be shown in the app.
